Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, such as search engines, social media, display networks, and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage MMP’s, such as Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust and Singular for direct campaigns
- Implement ad creatives, targeting parameters, tracking tags, and conversion goals in accordance with campaign requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in campaign setup, including proper ad placement, budget allocation, and scheduling.
- Monitor campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign data and identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize ad campaigns by adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, ad placements, and creative elements.
- Creating campaigns for mobile apps on several tracking platforms, such as Affise, offer18, Trackier, etc.
- Implement tracking mechanisms and ensure accurate data collection for campaign performance analysis.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to internal stakeholders and clients on campaign performance, KPIs, and optimizations.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion based on campaign results and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital advertising operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance, optimizations, and other inquiries.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, recommendations, and address any issues or concerns.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, demonstrating expertise in ad operations and campaign management.
- Work closely with external vendors, such as ad exchanges, ad networks, and technology providers, to leverage their capabilities and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or similar roles.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, etc.
Proficiency in ad campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations.
